note on the plenaries

I wrote the original plenary before knowing that I would be giving the closing plenary, and changed it on request to reflect the fact that teachers would be done with the conference, and would need to reflect on what they'd heard, and how to integrate technology. I am publishing both plenaries, in the end, because they are so different, and they say things that are important to me as well as, hopefully, to others.
